Super 8 by Wyndham Rochester

I'ma truck driver that was in the area. I came to stay here because my truck started to act up and I wanted a safe place to park my truck and get rest while waiting for a repair. The staff was really helpful and got me situated. I stayed in room 211. My only issue with the room was the bathtub drain was clogged. notified staff on my way out of the issue. The other issue was the pancake mix was out and the coffee was very watered down. Besides that I'm very grateful this hotel was here and that they had truck parking. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean

The room was very clean and had a comfy bed. The whole experience was great with the guest service, parking spots and complimentary breakfast in morning time. The manager Hardip was great guy and helped a lot during my stay. So thank you for that and I really recommend this place for stay overs.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this motel. The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with a comfortable bed and a large TV, which made my stay more enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast provided in the morning was good and a great way to start the day. Outside the motel, there is a large gazebo where my friend and I were able to sit and relax-it was a nice spot, especially for enjoying a smoke. Overall, it’s a well-maintained and comfortable place, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay again.

It had everything I needed for a restful stay, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail, with modern touches that made the room feel fresh and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. A great variety of options, from hot items to fresh pastries, really set me up for the day ahead. It was the perfect way to start each morning. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Super 8 Rochester. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The reviews are wbout 50/50. I must have gotten one of the better rooms? I stayed in room 224. Let me tell u, the check in was fast, the AC worked good, and the shower had decent water pressure. The bed is like a foam bed and I slept from about 7pm to 1030am! Excellent bed, quiet hotel. Exactly what I was looking for! Pretty clean room so idk why thry have such bad reviews? Maybe they have changed their staff around since then or something? Anyway, request room 224 I guess

I've been staying at this location 3 or 4 times a year since 2010. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The location is fine and the staff have always been friendly and accommodating. One tiny suggestion would be that the towels be bleached andsoftened. They are dingy-grey and rough! But that's not a deal breaker and I didn't take a star off. One more suggestion would be improve water pressure in the shower. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Easy booking and we had to get an extra key, our fault not theirs! No problem with that. We just needed a place to sleep , nothing fancy. Our king room was clean, and ready upon arrival right at 3:30p. Bed was super comfy! It’s slightly outdated which makes it feel a little like it could be cleaner in details. Overall the experience was good. The hotel isn’t super tidy walking thru it but it was ok. We would crash here again.
